MYFUTCARD ApS is owned and operated by Kasper Carlsen and Nikolaj Nørup Sostack. There are no employees. Nikolaj Nørup Sostack is the company's data controller. In order for you to complete a purchase at MYFUTCARD, you must at least provide the following information: Name, address, postcode, city, country, telephone number and email address. By placing an order with MYFUTCARD, you agree that we may process your personal data in connection with the fulfilment of your order. Your personal data will be stored together with information about the products you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. After this, the data is deleted. This data processing all takes place directly on the shop and in conjunction with its integrations with Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, Google, SpotOn and COBURY. The site is hosted at Simply.com and bookkeeping and auditing is handled by Pernille from PHL Regnskabsservice. Data processing agreements have been entered into with all parties. If you have created an account for our webshop, your personal data and order information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so. All emails containing personal data from the customer will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to store the personal data for correspondence purposes. MYFUTCARD's external warehouse receives daily copies of orders through WooCommerce. 6 months after packing the order, personal data is anonymised. In order to deliver your order, your name, your address including country, city and postcode, your telephone number and your email address will be provided to our warehouse and their shipping company. A data processing agreement has been entered into in this regard.
Cookies and data
In order to improve the user experience on MYFUTCARD, cookies are used on the website. Cookies are a standard technology used by most websites. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser and registers you as a unique user. Cookies are necessary to make the website work. Cookies also help us keep track of your visit to the website, so we can continually optimise and target the website to make your visit as easy and optimal as possible. Your cookies are also used for targeted marketing and to optimise our strategic deployments. You can delete cookies at any time (via your computer's internet browser). The way depends on the browser you use. See here how to delete your cookies. When visiting our website, we give you the option to choose which cookies are used. We provide the ability to opt-in and opt-out of the following cookies: functional, statistical and marketing. You cannot opt out of the necessary cookies as our website will not function without them. Information, cookies, etc. are used/shared with:
QuickPay and PensoPay (MobilePay (DK), Klarna, Apple Pay, debit cards): we use QuickPay and PensoPay to process our payments.
Google Analytics: we make use of 3rd party programs to track user data and share it with Google Analytics, which is used to optimize our knowledge about the website and our marketing performance.
Facebook: We make use of 3rd party programs to track user data and share it with Facebook, which is used for targeted marketing.
WordPress/WooCommerce: we make use of 3rd party programs for tracking user data and share them with WordPress/WooCommerce, which is also used to carry our shop module, manage inventory and deliveries and related.
Mailchimp: We make use of 3rd party applications for tracking user data and share them with Mailchimp/Bloom.
Yoast SEO: We use Yoast-SEO for visibility through targeted marketing on search engines. Yoast-SEO is also used to track the impact of our marketing efforts on the website and our positions on search engines.
Simply: We use Simply to host, present, improve and maintain our site. Information is shared with Simply so we can track effectiveness and target our marketing.
Data Processors: we have entered into data processing agreements with the above data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
Newsletter: By signing up for the newsletter, you agree to receive emails from MYFUTCARD. You also agree that we may use your email address for targeted Facebook advertising. MYFUTCARD sends out newsletters a maximum of 12 times a month. Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to confirm your consent. You will then receive a series of automatic emails in our welcome series, after which we will send out on an ongoing basis. We do not advertise on behalf of others and we do not send offers from third parties. About the newsletter You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. When you sign up for the newsletter, we ask for and receive: Your first name, your last name and your email address. Your first name and last name are used for our competition and for segmentation. Your email is used to receive the newsletter and for targeted Facebook advertising. We will not share your information with anyone else without first receiving your consent. Information is only shared when necessary. It is necessary for us to share the following: your name with the systems we use to write, maintain and optimise the newsletter, which are: Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook, WooCommerce. By signing up to the newsletter you consent to this.
General
Personal data is any information that can be attributed to you in some way. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of such information. We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent you consent and enter the information yourself, we also process: Name, phone number, email, address and payment details. This will be in connection with the creation of a login or at the time of purchase.
Personal data security
We have taken technical and organisational measures against your data being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, published, lost, impaired or coming to the knowledge of unauthorised persons, being misused or otherwise processed in breach of the law. Whether we process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order and complying with the Bookkeeping Act, or whether it is on the basis of your consent to receive emails, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the GDPR and the Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected. Data breaches As MYFUTCARD does not store personal data on its own media or drives, an agreement has been made with the company's data processors that data breaches must be reported to both the Data Protection Agency and MYFUTCARD within 72 hours of a breach of personal data security being detected. In connection with the notification, the data processor must assess the risks posed by the data breach and the consequences that the breach may have for data subjects.
Information, objection, amendment, data reporting and deletion
Your personal data will be stored together with information on which products you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates, in accordance with Section 10 of the Bookkeeping Act. After that, the data will be deleted. Once a year, usually in January, we check that this has happened. All e-mails containing personal data from the customer are deleted when it is no longer necessary to keep the e-mail for the purposes of correspondence. This typically happens after 3 months. Once a year, typically in January, we check that this has happened. You can always contact us to find out which of your personal data we hold. If there are errors in our data, you can always ask for them to be corrected so that we have the correct information, as well as the right to have the data provided in a common format (data portability). If you would like us to amend or transfer your data, you are also very welcome to write to us. If you no longer want us to process your personal data or if you want us to restrict the processing of your personal data, you can also send us a request to that effect.
