Prices, prices and more
Prices on MYFUTCARD are daily prices, stated in Danish kroner and including 25 % VAT, unless otherwise stated. The prices stated apply only to orders for delivery in Denmark, not including Greenland, the Faroe Islands and non-bridged islands. Reservations are made for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors.
Payment
The possible payment methods on MYFUTCARD are: All payment cards + Mobilepay. There is no fee when paying with MYFUTCARD and the amount is only charged to your card when the goods are dispatched. In some cases, we already withdraw the money when the purchase is finalised to ensure an easy buying process for our customers. Please note that you can never withdraw more than the amount you have authorised at the time of purchase.
How to shop with MYFUTCARD:
To purchase items online with MYFUTCARD, you need to go through the following steps:
-Select the items you want and add them to your basket (simply choose your desired card design)
-Fill in your personalised selections and finalise your design based on the chosen template.
-Go to checkout, enter your personal details and select your shipping method.
-Check that the information entered is correct and your design is finalised.
-Then approve the terms and conditions and submit your payment.
-You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly afterwards.
-When we receive your order, we reserve the money on your card. We will only debit the amount when your delivery is dispatched from our warehouse.
To protect your card details, the payment is handled by an approved and certified payment module provider who ensures that all information is processed, encrypted and sent via a secure SSL connection so that neither we nor anyone else can access your card details. Children and young people under the age of 18 cannot shop on MYFUTCARD.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver throughout Denmark, except to non-bridged islands, and not including Greenland and the Faroe Islands. All shipments in Denmark are with GLS. You can choose whether your parcel is delivered to the nearest parcel shop, to your home address or to a business address.

2-5 working days in production.
3-5 days delivery.
We make reservations for sold-out items and extended delivery times in production. When ordering items that are not in stock, we will contact you by email.

Cancellation and return policy
In consumer purchases where goods are ordered online, the consumer normally has a 14-day right of cancellation. However, according to current regulations, there is no right of cancellation on MYFUTCARD's personalised football card, as the product is tailored to the customer's specific wishes and information and therefore cannot be reselected.
Complaint
We hand-pack all deliveries in our warehouse and naturally check the goods for defects before they are dispatched to you. However, errors can always occur and damage can happen during delivery. MYFUTCARD encourages you to check the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. Should any errors or defects be found, please notify us immediately. You can contact us by email: contact@myfutcard.com
According to the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer have a 24-month warranty on all goods (however, for goods with a limited lifespan, your warranty is limited to the shelf life that is customary for the product in question.) This means that you can either have the item repaired, replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate behaviour. Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the warranty.
Application of the right of complaint
You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect or fault in the product. You are encouraged to describe the product's faults or defects in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may prolong the remedy process. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a dispatch receipt so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint options
If you wish to complain about a purchase, please contact contact@myfutcard.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. You can complain to the Complaint Resolution Centre via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's online complaint portal. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. You can find the complaint portal here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Responsibilities
MYFUTCARD makes reservations for any errors in text and prices, errors in illustrations/photos, system errors, sold-out items, backorders, delays, changes in exchange rates, customer misorders and force majeure.
